Extensively refurbished and freshly painted outside, Waterside is ideal accommodation for couples, 2 couples or a family group.  It has a large lounge upstairs to make the most of the wonderful views. Provided for your enjoyment is FREE WIFI, A Smart TV, Freeview, DVD, CD, Radio and an Ipod Docking Station.

Available throughout the year with short breaks possible. Changeover day is normally Sunday which generally avoids traffic queues for our guests. A discount for couples is available; just ask when booking!

Upstairs is the main Double bedroom and ensuite bathroom with shower and heated towel rail.

On the ground floor, there is a twin and single room with river and garden views. The two single beds can be converted to a King Size upon request.

Also on the ground floor is a kitchen/dining room, very well equipped including a fridge/freezer, ceramic hob cooker, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, blender and toaster. The main bathroom has a bath, shower and shaver point etc. Further down the corridor is a separate utility room with washing machine, tumble drier and ironing facilities (an outdoor clothes line is also provided).

The Kitchen has patio doors which open onto a delightful paved garden with additional garden furniture, gas barbecue and tropical palms. All bed linen is provided. There is efficient night storage heating. Electricity is charged for by meter reading. Towels are available at a small additional charge (£3 per set). Waterside has its own parking.

Waterside is in a fantastic location, just opposite the property is a Cricket Pitch, an excellent playground for toddlers to teens, bowling green and tennis courts accessible within minutes via a footbridge over the river Camal. A salt marsh has been recreated adding to the wildlife viewing opportunities from the balcony.

Waterside is adjacent to the Camel Trail; a disused railway which provides up to 17 miles of wonderful level cycling or walking. Cycles can be hired locally (we recommend Bridge Bike Hire) or you could bring your own and store them safely in the enclosed garden. The most popular route to take is the scenic 6 miles down stream from Wadebridge to Padstow as the estuary snakes it’s way towards the sea. Why not take a trip in the other direction and visit the Award winning Camel Valley winery? With great fishing opportunities and more than 7 Golf courses nearby (St Enodoc, St Kew, Trevose, Merlin, Treloy, Bowood, Roserrow) there is never a shortage of things to do.
